In recent years, with the process of promoting vocational education in China, the vocational awareness of students in higher and second vocational colleges has begun to be concerned, occupational awareness is not only an important indicator for social enterprise to measure students, but also an important factor to influence the development of students’ professional career. The development of hotel industry in our country present a good situation, zhuzhou city as a typically industrial city which is a domestic three level city, at the same time, with foreign hotels have entered, the local hotel is also actively seeking development, and the relationship between the industry and the school is becoming more and more close and deep. At present, most of the tourism education in zhuzhou implement the "2 + 1" teaching mode that learn in school for two years and practice in enterprise for one year, at the same time, during the period of two years of school term, students have not less than 6 weeks for "test- practice duty" practice in one year, this model also largely solved the problem of the gap between the school training and business requirements, but the current understanding of the school, enterprises and students, generally reflects the fact that secondary vocational students’ professional consciousness is poorer in the field work in the hotel, to carry out a comprehensive research and education. This problem are presented in this paper, through the research and analysis of the professional awareness of the hotel service and management professional students of the vocational school in Zhuzhou, trying to find out the problem, and combining with the local social economy and the specific request of the hotel industry development, put forward the optimization tactics of the students’ professional awareness education.In this paper, the structure is divided into five parts. The first part is introduction, mainly introduces the research questions, the purpose and significance of the research; In the second part, the concept of occupational awareness was determined, and compare the concept of professional awareness and self-consciousness, key ability and pro-social behavior, and analysis research methods of these concepts, to help clear the direction and focus of the article; The third part is investigating the requirement of the professional awareness for the local hotel, and also trying to confirm the structure of the conception; The fourth part is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the occupational awareness, a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews were conducted on the hotel service and management professional students of vocational schools in Zhuzhou, statistics of students’ professional consciousness and to explore the cause of the current situation; In the fifth part, based on the actual situation of students, related theories and methods of moral education and professional course teaching, put forward the strategies of optimizing education from schools, enterprises and households; In the fifth part, summarized the research and shortage of this paper and make a prospect for the future research. |
