Curriculum is the core of basic education curriculum reform, in which its status and importance can be seen. Curriculum reform affects the teaching content of teachers, the learning objects of students and the education of leadership. It is the key to success of quality education. As the deepening of curriculum reform and the introduction of the "national long-term education reform and development program (2010-2020)" more requires have been put forward and more people are encouraged to devote into the curriculum reform of basic art education. Now, China's curriculum reform of basic education of art is developing rapidly, which reflects on the one hand in the practical, technical, scientific and artistic of the course, on the other hand in its relevance and continuity. The carrying out of art course needs to make use of various resources in the environment conducive to students'growth to respect Chinese fine culture heritage, to make reference to the our own growth mode, making sure that students can learn something at every stage to ensure the school go ahead towards a healthy and unique way under the principle of enhancing students' aesthetic avoiding the appearance of "form". Therefore, curriculum reform is still a great challenge in basic art education.This thesis, focus on researching art course in primary and secondary school according to the own teaching experience and adopt the form of spot research, interview and questionnaires. It introduces the current state, problem and solutions of the course, make a comparison between east and west basic education curriculum. At the attitude of raising a question, analyzing the question and finally solving the question, the paper make a deep analysis of the research object which intergraded with the relevant disciplines.The thesis is divided into four parts:Partâ… :Introduction. Introduces the basis and significance of topics; domestic and international research status; research ideas and methods; research framework and the innovation of this paper.
