| At present, the curriculum reform in the elementary education has been launched in the whole china. The physics new curriculum is totally different from former curriculum in teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching methods and teaching evaluation. We all know that curriculum reform can not do without teaching reform. The new physics curriculum will be carried out by physics teachers in their classroom. So whether the physics teachers have the corresponding teaching ability becomes the key factors in the implementation of new physics curriculum.Teacher's ability is of one the important contents of structure of teacher's diathesis and teaching ability research. Existing researches have accumulated a large number of literatures about teacher's ability. According to the great amount of literature read by the author, studies on the physics teacher's teaching ability are very few,what's more, the requirements and aims of teaching are different. At the background of new curriculum reform, which kinds of teaching ability should physics teacher have? What about its' structure? How to improve teacher's teaching ability? All these questions have new Significance now. So the article mainly investigates teaching ability structure of physics teacher's, the situation of teaching ability in their real teaching and what kinds of elements affect the development of teaching. At last, the author will propose some advices to promote physics teacher's teaching ability. The full article is divided into five parts, the main content is as follows:Part one:Introduction. This part discusses questions like the background of the problem, propose of the problem, some related research, the meaning of this research and the method of this research.Part two:This part explains the basic theory about teaching ability structure which including psychology, physics instruction theory at the background of new curriculum reform and teacher's professional development.Part three:Constructing of teaching ability model. Based on the present situation, the author reconstructed the "Process-Factor" model of teaching ability. The model includes the ability of instructional understanding, ability of instructional design, ability of monitoring teaching, ability of evaluating teaching and ability of innovation. Each kind of ability has its'Sub-ability under the factor of students, teacher, physics curriculum and teaching environment. At last, this part does a detailed description to each kind of ability.Part four:Investigative study, based on the teaching ability structure, the author formulated a questionnaire to physics teachers in baoji, weinan, yanan, hanzhong, shangluo district of ShaanXi Province. The author did the statistical analysis of the investigation result.Part five:according to the result of investigative study, the author gives some suggestion which including pre-employment training, job. assessment, self-development on the physics teacher's teaching ability development.Part six:Research summary. |
