With the publication of the curriculum standards about various subjects in the high school,more and more people pay attention to the teachers' ability of curriculum resources development.The process of the middle school physics' curriculum resources development has been continuously accelerated,and the ability of physics teachers' curriculum resources development is an indispensable part of the development of educational curriculum resources.Therefore,it is urgent to study the physics teachers' ability of curriculum resources development,which not only enrich the theories about the physics teachers' ability of curriculum resources development,but also provide reference for the physics teachers' who improve their ability of curriculum resources development.Firstly,this research uses literature method to analyze the teachers' ability of curriculum resources development,and on the basis of literature research,it integrates the physical thought,scientific method,the cognitive ability of physics history,self ability,the cognitive ability of surrounding environment,the ability of making and using teaching aids,and the ability of developing simulation physics experiment into the physics teachers' ability structure of curriculum resources development,It not only constructs the ability structure of middle school physics teachers' curriculum resources development,but also enriches the theories about physics teachers' ability structure of curriculum resources development.Secondly,on the basis of the middle school physics teachers' ability structure of curriculum resources development,it compiles the questionnaire of middle school physics teachers' ability about curriculum resources development,and uses the questionnaire survey method and SPSS23 software to objectively master the current situation of physics teachers' ability about curriculum resources development,which includes the overall and difference analysis of the current situation about physics teachers' ability of curriculum resources development,and find problems about the current situation of physics teachers' ability of curriculum resources development,according to the analysis results,some suggestions are given to improve the physics teachers' ability of curriculum resources development.
