The research of Teachers'Way of Life and Development is few in academic circles at present, that can not meet the demands of the Teachers'Professional Development and New Curriculum Reform. How to improve the living way of teachers of Chinese language who are working in junior and senior middle school is an urgent problem. This thesis is aimed at the Chinese language teacher who living in the central part of the less-developed provinces. Firstly,the research focus on their survival based on the present situation of middle school teachers of Chinese language, put forward the topic " Teachers'Way of Life ". Then start with this point, do the relevant investigation and interview for teachers of Chinese language in some junior and senior middle school. Towards the questionnaire, the factors which influence the survival way can be induced in more comprehensive and accurate. Again by these factors, discuss the principle and strategy of promoting the development of "Teachers'Way of Life ".The paper is divided into seven chapters.Chapter 1 is the introduction, Mainly includes the origin, core concepts and summary of the related research.Chapter 2 is the investigation of some schools which in a county of ZhuMaDian City, HeNan Province. I issued 42pcs questionnaires to the junior middle school, and 85pcs to the senior middle school.After recovering the questionnaires, compile and analysis the factors comprehensively, on the dimensions of individual and environment. The factors list as below:education belief, lack of knowledge, teaching and researching abilities weak; Assessment mechanism is not reasonable, teachers'job and responsibilities of overweight.The third chapter is the principles should follow, namely:humanist, discipline and self-improvement. The relevant government departments and schools should care the work and life of Chinese teachers with humanistic. Teachers should establish the view of Chinese teaching which are instrumental and humanity, and generate harmonious resonance teaching.The fourth chapter is to discuss the approaches how to ascend the living way of teachers'. To change the current situation, in addition to the Chinese language teachers improve their autonomy and independence, strengthen the knowledge accumulation and research ability, the related educational departments and schools must also provide external support and guarantee, such as strengthening the execution andvalidity of national education policy, build scientific evaluation system for teacher and provide good conditions.
