Shanghai launched the second phase of the textbook reform project in 1999. In the new curriculum concept guidance, natural science learning domain pay attention to the cultivation of students scientific literacy, scientific inquiry and scientific teaching methods become an important segment of natural science learning. Twelve years of consistent, co-sub-one of the natural science learning in the actual implementation of the curriculum in a variety of reasons there is always the stage, the interface between various disciplines. In this paper based on contemporary constructivist theory, with psychological theories and characteristics of chemical, science teaching, to the junior middle school "science" and "chemistry" in the scientific method teaching of linking problem on the discover and research. The practice of trying to gain from education inspired by the experience in active practice in junior middle school chemistry teaching to improve teaching methods and strategies to explore a realistic hope of an effective way of teaching convergence of "Chemistry" and "Science", to achieve the deep target.Course of the study discussed the contents of sub-chapters .The 1st chapter through literature method: the paper studies the theoretical research on the background and defines the scientific method teaching. The 2nd,3rd and 4th chapter, the empirical analysis through text study, respectively, from "Science" and "Chemistry" curriculum standard dimensions (curriculum concept, curriculum objectives, content and requirements), material dimensions (material characteristics, material column, teaching specific content), teaching dimensions (teaching and learning) are three aspects of comparison, the convergence characteristics of the scientific method of teaching. The 5th chapter through experience method presents the linking teaching strategies of"Science"and"Chemistry": experimentally as a carrier, designs four cases about implementing scientific methods teaching, they are "material property experiments," "basic experimental operation," "experimental device design," "comparative experimental design ". The 6th chapter summarizes the study and reflection.
