Junior high school physics course should reflect the physics itself and its cultural, economic and social interaction development requirements of the times, undertake to improve scientific literacy of students, the important task of promoting overall development of students. Found in the teaching practice, a considerable number of students in the state of the physical learning difficulties, not only dampened the enthusiasm for physics students, while students of natural science knowledge, understanding of the laws of nature have a negative impact.This paper is based teaching practice, with examples of teaching educational psychology, education theory, analysis of middle school students in the learning process along with physical learning difficulties arising from reason, such lack of preparation knowledge; physical characterization of imperfect knowledge; mindset brought The negative transfer and cognitive structure can not update or reconstruction; wrong concept of resistance before the acquisition of new knowledge; can not meet the level of abstract thinking or the complexity of the request; lack of internalization of learning, I would classify them as learning process difficulties. Author based on the students cognitive, skill development law and the discipline of physics to solve the students explore the characteristics of the plight of the teaching strategies, such as strengthening of pre-preparation, to raise awareness for; prominent implicit learning, improve the knowledge representation; inspire, guide, to eliminate errors before the concept; gradual progression, enhance the difficulty of thinking; carry out independent study and promote learning within and so on. On this basis, I also found that students in the learning process of the physical state of disorder often are blind, there have been difficulties in learning to control, I would classify them as procedural learning difficulties, to analyze the main causes of their own the level of awareness of cognitive deficiencies; cognitive overload; improper arrangement of the learning process and so on. Analysis pointed out that students have difficulties learning process due to a large part of students learning from their knowledge and control, which is the author of the study of a new vision, standing on a higher level of the student learning Types and causes difficulties while applying principles of cognitive psychology and co-ordinate the students suggested a solution to the procedural difficulties of effective learning strategies, such as self-assessment to improve their cognitive level of self-awareness; stages of learning, optimization learning process; reasonable co-ordinating the initiative to master the learning process and so on. Through teaching of statistics were found after the experiment: to enhance students learning to control and optimize the learning process of students has a significant impact, which put forward the strategies of teachers and effective teaching practices, such as the provision of cognitive self-awareness level approach; to refine the curriculum standards; the teaching objectives associated with student feedback, etc., in order to help students truly learn the burdens and improve efficiency.
