Nowadays, our basic education system is in the process of changing historically from "examination education"to "quality education. In order to put the quality education into effect and develop the students' quality in all round harmoniously, how to combine emotional education with Chinese teaching has become a topic worth further study in the education of the Chinese language.The implementation of emotional education in Chinese teaching is not spontaneous, but an initiative with exact aim and plan. Beginning with the practical significance of the topic, the paper, which is composed of an introduction, a main body including five parts and a conclusion, makes a thorough and detailed research of the implementation.The introduction briefly illustrates the research value of the topic and presents the rough structure of the paper,by clarifying the basic meaning of emotional in Chinese teaching process.Part one analyzes the practical significance of emotional education in Chinese teaching process. By studying the development of Chinese education, the present of teenagers' emotional development and the paper shows that emotional education through Chinese teaching has become the urgent need of improving the Chinese teaching reformation, training the strdents' perfect personality and meeting the great challenge of the new era.Part two puts foreword the target of emotional education in Chinese teaching according to the aims of emotional education and Chinese teaching. The target system contains one total aim,five phased aims and five level aims.Part three clarifies the six basic principles of emotional education in Chinese teaching, which are based on the target system to guide the application ofthe methods.Part four discusses the practical operating methods of emotional education . Among the many methods, seven, which are most frequently adopted to arouse the students' emotion, are exemplified by emotional circumstances,interest , esthetics, knowledge, feeling, will and practice.Part five is to improve the teachers' emotional and educational quality hierarchically and pay much attention to perfect their abilities from all aspects.Conclusion sums up the major points of the paper urgency of implementing emotional education through Chinese teaching and expects the appearance of further investigation.
