The basic idea of "Shanghai normal middle and primary school curriculum plan" focuses on the development of students, insisting on all students integrated development, paying attention to the healthy development of personality and sustainable development. The new curriculum reform emphasizes the high school mathematics course should return to its original nature, efforts to reveal mathematical concept, principle, the development process of the conclusion and the essence, emphasizing the problem solving, inspiring, to make the way of teaching reform. At the same time, the new curriculum reform also emphasizes to follow the students cognitive rules, to guide students learning by question and to stimulate the students active exploration, to improve the way of learning style. And the problem based teaching is one of the effective teaching modes.The questions in the problem based teaching not only have definite activities, but also have certain directional attraction, in order to make students create the tendency of exploring problem activities, actively and conscientiously participate in seeking new knowledge. By thinking problem, the attention of students are concentrated in the content of study, so as to improve their level of participation, gradually to enable students to be a self-motivation, self-guiding learners, and in the process of self-monitoring and reflection, gradually developing to be an independent learners.Based on the QUILT framework theory, I make the research on the problem based teaching. The article explains the problem based teaching under the QUILT framework into five parts. The first part, this paper expounds the related concepts of problem based teaching, theoretical foundation and domestic and foreign literature review, The second part, from different perspectives of teachers and students, analyzing the situation in the problems based teaching class, The third part, discussing the main factors which influence the problems based teaching to be taken in the mathematics class in middle school, the types of designing problem and points for attention on the way to question in the class, Fourth part, QUILT framework is introduced, and the characteristics of quality problem under the framework, discussing the promotion for the students thinking and the ascension for the teachers feedback, and design the problem based teaching mode under the QUILT framework theory, The fifth part, mainly introduce the experimental research of question based teaching mode under the QUILT framework, and discuss based on the four aspects of the experimental results, they are the students learning interest, learning attitude, problem consciousness and academic performance, then draw the conclusion.Experimental results show that during the process of participating in the problem based teaching under the QUILT framework, the students experience the joy of success, strengthen the self-confidence of studying mathematics, improve the interest of learning mathematics, form a good attitude of learning mathematics; Experiencing the forming process of mathematical knowledge, improve the students self-participation, strengthen the students problem consciousness; Due to stimulating the students interest of learning mathematics, correcting attitude of learning mathematics, improving students self-consciousness, students experience mathematical thought and mathematical method in mathematics activities and construct a new cognitive structure, perfect the students mathematical ability, and make various levels students mathematics academic achievements obtain a certain degree of improvement.Through the practicing research of problem based teaching in class, making the overall comprehensive study on the various factors interaction and its various forms in the process of problem based teaching, to grasp the essence and the regulation of the process of problem based teaching from dynamic perspective, to mobilize more students to participate in variety of cognitive level interaction frame mode in class, and to strengthen the designing of problem based teaching, to make certain stimulation effect on researching optimized combination of the process of problem based teaching.
