This study takes the theories of student development, minority education, and humanism as bases, and analyses the psychological and behavioral features and the present situation of student management of the Tibet middle school students in C city through literature review, interviews and observation. It is found that, affected by such factors as natural environment, religion and terrain, those students differ from the inland han nationality students in disposition and ability. The Tibetan students are passionate, brave, intelligent, and simple, demonstrating their universality as Tibetan students on the one hand and the particularity in cultural background and psychology.The present paper begins with the origin and development of the Tibetan class, including the requirement of education and national policies, forming a general background for the research on the Tibetan middle school. Then for the purpose of cultivating the Tibetan middle school students, this paper offers the strategies and suggestions on the management over the students according to the development features of the students and the problems in student management mentioned above. Specifically, it proposes that, in respect of management ideology, it should be fully recognized that either the education or the management of the Tibetan middle school is cross-cultural, so we should respect the cultural difference among students, emphasize the consciousness of patriotism and national solidarity, strengthen the administration of preparatory new students, fortify the training of teaching staff, intensify the communication between the students’family and school, value the teaching in Tibetan, intensify the management over the inland Tibetan middle school students, and thus we can increase the concerned school-running quality and benefits.
