As an important part of higher education in Yunnan province, higher vocationaleducation has stepped into a period of rapid development in recent years.Work-integrated learning mode is the main talent cultivation mode. As an importantpart of the higher vocational education, Physical Curriculum must comply with thereform and provide the strong physical and mental health care for the students tostrengthen students’ ability of sustainable development and realize the concept oflifetime sports.Based on Physical Curriculum reform for experimental research object under thework-integrated learning mode of Yunnan Vocational College of Tropical Crops,using a variety of methods, the article researches the problems which exist in PhysicalCurriculum under the work-integrated learning mode of higher vocational collegesand puts forward corresponding countermeasures. Through the investigation andanalysis of the status quo of Physical Curriculum under work-integrated learningmode, a series of helpful reforms on Physical Curriculum have been carried out inYunnan Vocational College of Tropical Crops.According to the survey, Physical Curriculum of Yunnan Vocational College OfTropical Crops and Yunnan higher vocational colleges both are existing the followingproblems: the curriculum structure system is confusied; the curriculum class hourdoes not reach the standard; the curriculum content and teaching method are tend tothe traditional model of technical secondary school age and are fail to give fullconsideration to students’ interests in terms of curriculum setting; the lack of qualifiedteaching personnel; unreasonable structure of teachers’ age, professional titles,educational background, poor sports scientific research level; low Material utilizationrate; single teaching method and means; teaching method has great capriciousness; Aserious shortage of school facilities in per capita usage and poor management cannotsatisfy the needs of Physical Curriculum.Physical Curriculum reform experiment and survey results of Yunnan Vocational College of Tropical Crops show that the curriculum reform under work-integratedlearning mode can basically adapt to the talents cultivation mode of higher vocationaland conform to the standard of public Physical Curriculum. The teachers’ troopconstruction has a great progress and the curriculum reform forms the regularadministration system of Physical Curriculum and reasonable Curriculum evaluationsystem which is closely linked to the credit system reform. It also promotesstudents’ extracurricular sports activities, provides the wide average for sports clubsand societies and improves the ability of Students’ autonomous organizationmanagement and competition ability to enhance the comprehensive quality ofstudents. The qualified rate of student’s sports skills, sports knowledge, physical andmental health, physical health test have increased significantly and make thecontribution to cultivating the consciousness "the whole nation’s sports","lifetimesports","health first" of students.In a word, the Physical Curriculum reform conforms to the new personnelcultivation mode which makes teachers and students both improved. However thereform still has some problems, such as the short time, insufficient conscientiousness,inadequate system. In the future, the reform should continue to improve thedevelopment of school-based physical education teaching material, the expansion ofsports ground equipment, the improvement of teachers troop structure, scientificresearch, forming the simple course selection process and achievements recordedautomation.
