In recent years, along with the speedy development of china’s economy, China’shigher vocational education has entered the stage of rapid development, which hascultivated tens of millions of highly skilled talents and high-quality workforce for thesociety. The higher vocational education has increasingly put more attention on students’comprehensive quality and professional ability, and the higher vocational colleges alsoactively explore the talent training mode and improve the teaching quality, which resultsin the rising school running-level. At present, most of the domestic higher vocationalcolleges have been preliminary promoted work-integrated learning personnel trainingmode, but some phenomena such as preferring attaching great importance to theory andlearning to practice and working are still widespread. In this article, the writer gives anin-depth discussion of work-integrated learning talents training mode from theprospective of philosophy epistemology and practice theory, so as to solve someexisting problems in practice, for example, the separation between theory and practice,the isolation between learning and application as well as the chasm between teachingand learning. Through above research methods, the writer intends to emancipate themind for exploring work-integrated learning personnel training mode with differentcharacteristics in higher vocational colleges.This article is divided into four chapters, which expounds the profound philosophyconnotation of work-integrated learning personnel training mode. It analyzes andcompares this kind of mode both at home and abroad, as well as comprehends itsphilosophical implications. Besides, it also points out the challenges of this kind ofmode in domestic higher vocational colleges and gives some creative ideas about howto optimize the work-integrated learning personnel training mode from the perspectiveof philosophy.In this article, the writer holds the idea that work-integrated learning personneltraining mode in higher vocational colleges contains rich philosophic thinking andembodies that this kind of mode follows the laws of Marx dialectical materialism epistemology as well as highlights the status and role of Marx’s practice in highervocational education. This paper also points out that the current higher vocationalcolleges should fully understand that the theory and practice make up the relationship ofdialectical unity, and respect the content stability as well as form diversity so as to setup work-integrated learning personnel training mode with professional advantages.Besides, it also claims the significance of adhering to the universality and particularityprinciple of contradiction as well as makes distinctive work-integrated learning talentstraining mode. These studies enrich the connotation of work-integrated learningpersonnel training mode and give the answers to "why" and “how to” carry out thismode under the perspective of philosophy. Therefore, this research can provide newideas about how to innovate the work-integrated learning talents training mode ofhigher vocational colleges to some extent.
