Since the new curriculum reform implementation, basic education undergoneenormous changes, the teacher‘s ideological concept has been a certain degree ofchange, to the new curriculum idea are very identity, but behavior in practice has largedifference with the concept. However, it is undeniable that some teachers still get agood development in the new curriculum reform, such as expert teachers’ adaptiveimplementation of the curriculum is very representative and typicality in first-lineteachers.Therefore, starting the expert teacher and digging into their implementation onChinese curriculum and analyzing the influencing factors of implementation has thepositive significance to promote the growth of ordinary teachers and a direct practicalsignificance to promote the implementation of the new curriculum and smoothly andrealize the goal of curriculum reform.This research adopts qualitative research methods selects two Chinese expertteachers in primary school as the research object which are in city C and county S.Through the method of interview, observation and physical analysis to trace the twoteachers’ implementation process of Chinese curriculum, and deeply describe thedetails and facts, and analyze the factors that affect the curriculum implementation.The main findings of this study are as follows:1.Expert teachers agree with the concept of new curriculum reform and try topractice.2.The expert teachers have a value orientation of mutual adaptation in theprocess of the curriculum implementation.3.The influencing factors of expertteachers on curriculum implementation have the internal factors and external factors.Internal factors including professional knowledge in the development, a firm belief ofeducation and teaching, aggressive personality characteristics and persistent reflectionand research. External factors including the three aspects which have factors of school,the characteristics of the curriculum reform,influences from students and parents.4.Teaching reflection is an important way to improve the curriculum implementation.
