| With the reform of economic system, the rapid expansion of the scale of HigherEducation and the adjustment of employment policy, employment situation hasbecome more and more severe for graduate students especially for master graduatestudents, which will have an impact on their occupational values and options. Theconcept of careers dominate the individual employment target selection, expectationsand positioning, dominate their employment view, attitude and behavior, etc. Theconcept of careers is the core part of the graduates,employment problems. So that, theresearch and analysis about master graduate students,employment expectation willhave a crucial benefit to promote their employment.This study select the master graduate students of five universities in YunnanProvince as the research object, using the method of literature, questionnaire andinterview to find out the present situation and influence factors about master students,concept of careers. On the basis, the writer find out the positive factors and problemsin the employment expectation, and aim at the problem to put forward thecorresponding countermeasures and suggestion. The thesis contains five chapters.Chapter1carries out a summary on the concept of careers. Chapter2proposed theimplementation of the theoretical basis for the concept of careers. Chapter3introduced the careers concept changes of our master graduate students. Chapter4analysis on current situation of master graduate students,careers concept in YunnanProvince. After that, the writer draw the positive factors and problems of the careersconcept. At last, the writer will have a survey about the influence of careers concept,which aim at the problems of careers concept. Chapter5put forward some correctedcountermeasures and suggestions to guide the careers concept of master graduatestudents from the society, higher education institutions and individuals.After the study, the thesis show that the career motions of master graduatestudents is strong, and emphasis on the self development and self demand; the careerconsciousness is clear and specific goals, the variation trend is obvious; The careerexpectation highlight idealized characteristics, employment standards on the high side;The career attitudes is positive, initiative and adaptability. According to the studyresults, we find some positive factors in the master graduate students, such as thecareers independent consciousness has been stronger, the employment riskconsciousness distinct enhancement, the occupational mobility consciousness generally increased. At the same time, this study also find some problems in mastergraduate students,careers concept, as listed below: social value conception is fade outand pay much attention to the realization of self-worth; lack of competition sense andthe employment confidence deficiency; employment expectations on the high side andutilitarian tendency are more prominent. Therefore, the writer sum up five impactfactors on the master graduate students,careers concept as the effective reasons,which put forward the corrected countermeasures and suggestions to guide the careersconcept of master graduate students. According to the three factors that society, schooland individual to guide the careers concept of master graduate students in YunnanProvince. |
