Ecology is the scientific study of the interaction between livingsystems and environmental systems. Educational Ecology is based on theprinciples of ecology, especially ecosystem ecology, ecological balance,and other principles, to study various educational phenomenon and itscauses, and then grasp the law of development of education, revealingtrends and direction of education. Classroom ecology,the Microscopicfield of education ecology,is short for ecological classroom, which is thestudy of interaction among classroom environment, classroom subject andclassroom activities. With development of “Harmonious Class”, theapplication of ecological perspective in the education is highlighted bymore and more people. Ecology employs overall, harmonious andcomprehensive development of the idea of symbiosis to handle classroomfactors, which focus on a harmonious relationship between teachers andstudents, and emphasize on the teaching process interactive generation aswell as effective teaching methods, at the same time, it pays moreattention to the complete and clear teaching objectives and diverseteaching evaluation system, especially the concept of sustainabledevelopment of students. These ecological ideas offer effective solutionsto the ecological crisis of current class.According to the New English Curriculum Standards in Senior School, the thesis focused on three questions of making survey on thepresent condition, imbalances or not, construct strategies of English classin senior school in Shaanxi province. Through the ways of openquestionnaire of English Teachers (Sample=50) and students (Sample=95)and interview of teachers and students, and observation of classroom,compounding the way of quality and quantity to collect data, the aim ofthe research was to survey the present English classroom, and made sure itcan meet the ecological classroom demanding. At the end of thesis,through the software SPSS analyzing the date, the finding was the currentEnglish class in Shaanxi province existed imbalance in class context andthe body of class, the goals of teaching and the teaching assessment aswell as teaching content, but foreign language school was a little betterthan others school. From the ecological perspective, the thesis put forwardsome constructive strategies, such as creating proper physicalenvironment and language atmosphere, enriching teaching content,compounding teaching objectives,reforming teaching ways to pay moreattention the interaction teaching and learning as well as development ofteaching procedure,at the same time improving the teaching assessmentas well as learning the successful experience of foreign language schooland so as to improve the current English classes in Shaanxi and makethem more perfect.
