In this essay, on the basis of predecessors’ research on the job burnout, I adopted questionnaire investigation on182junior middle school teachers. The questionnaire consists of2parts, the first part is MBI (teachers’ job burnout scale),and the second part is composed by the teachers’job burnout influence factors scale and the results as follow:At present there is a certain degree of job burnout among middle-aged female teachers in junior high schools. But on the whole it is not very serious in the degree of job burnout in general, except for that in the degree on the dimension of emotional exhaustion.Gender is one of the critical factors that lead junior high school teachers to job burnout. Although at the score of the job burnout, there is no gender statistical significance among middle-aged teachers in junior high schools, the female teachers’ job burnout is slightly higher than the male teachers’. There is no statistical significance on the dimensions of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization.Age is also the important factors affecting female teachers’job burnout in junior high schools. In terms of job burnout there is statistical significance between middle-aged female teachers and youth female teachers. That is, the more aged the higher degree of job burnout. Between middle-aged female teachers and youth female teachers, there is significance at P<0.01in emotional exhaustion, there is statistical significance both in reduced personal accomplishment and at gross score.The factors lie in society, school, family and individual, which affect middle-aged female teachers’job burnout in junior high schools. On the basis of correlation analysis about three dimensions,, it comes to conclusions that, there is negative correlation between job burnout and emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and gross score.
