With the rapid development of our country’s economy, working and life pressure is getting higher and higher. Influenced by social development, there is more pressure on teachers. Job burnout of teachers is exposed gradually and this will influence the growth of youth directly. Middle-aged female teachers in primary schools is the main force of primary school teachers, thus the job burnout research of middle-aged female teachers in primary schools has a wide practical significance.The research starting from the concepts, structure and reasons of job burnout and collecting some relevant research data of scholars at home and abroad, and analyzing of the existing research achievements, and designing the thoughts, approaches and contents of the research on the basis of summarizing the existing research achievements. Through the method of the questionnaire and interview to conduct a survey to teachers in four primary school of Dalian City, and then process a statistical analysis to the survey results.According to the survey, primary school teacher groups have shown mild job burnout and the main pressure source is low sense of personal effectiveness and the situation of job burnout of middle school teachers is worse. Then the research do detailed data analysis about the relative factors of job burnout of middle-aged female teachers in primary schools. The new analysis shows that the main pressure source of middle-aged female teachers in primary schools is examination pressure and workload; social support and teaching efficacy have a great influence on job burnout of middle-aged female teachers in primary schools and favorable social support and teaching efficacy can relieve job burnout of middle-aged female teachers in primary schools.Synthesizing survey and primary school teachers’ working practice, this study analyzes the primary causes of middle-aged female teachers’ job burnout.In the end, this research puts forward some suggestions and solutions to the relief of job burnout for middle-aged female teachers in primary schools from the perspective of individual, organization and career development. First, middle-aged female teachers in primary schools should learn to manage the source of pressure and strike a balance between work and life. They need to strengthen their abilities to regulate their moods and to deal with job pressure. Second, the school should establish a “human-oriented” organizational culture and provide a sound organizational environment for middle-aged females teachers, encouraging them to participate in the management. Meanwhile, the school should also better the work environment and diminish their pressure in a reasonable way. Third, the Department of Education should reform education concept, promote quality education and increase teachers’ social status and salary. Besides, the Department should also complete the training system and provide support and protection for the career development for middle-aged female teachers in primary schools.
