In the modern education system,the state and society have put forward higher standards and requirements for teachers' educators' work.With the increase of teachers'work pressure load,there is bound to be a higher level of job burnout.Under the two-child policy,the multi-role conflict of female teachers is more prominent,which leads to their high-load working status and serious emergency situation.In middle school,the two-child female teachers face the targets,who are more rebellious than primary school students and has less autonomy and independence than senior high school students and college students.This makes this group very vulnerable to job burnout.With the full implementation of the two-child policy,it is necessary to investigate and understand the degree of job burnout of the two-child female teachers in middle school.After sorting out the relevant research on teachers'job burnout,this research takes Yantai public middle school and private middle school as the investigation scope,carries on the questionnaire survey to the second-child middle school female teachers in Yantai city schools,urban-rural junction schools and township and rural schools,and carries on the spot interview to some teachers.It is found that the job burnout of two-child middle school female teachers in Yantai area is more serious.According to the analysis of the differences,it is found that the level of job burnout of middle school female teachers with two children in private schools is higher than that of middle school female teachers with two children in public schools;two-child middle school female teachers with six to ten years of work have higher scores in emotional exhaustion dimension than those with 10 years of work and 1 to 5 years of work;middle school female teachers with two children,who have junior college education and below junior college education,have higher scores in depersonalization dimension than those with undergraduate degree and master's degree;two-child middle school female teachers with senior title have higher scores in emotional exhaustion dimension than those with junior,intermediate and no title;two-child middle school female teachers with late pregnancy have higher scores in emotional exhaustion dimension and depersonalization dimension.This research aims at the overall situation and analysis results of two-child middle school female teachers' job burnout,and analyses the causes of two-child middle school female teachers' job burnout,and puts forward valuable countermeasures,such as the countermeasures to improve the low professional efficiency of two-child female teachers in middle school,include correctly recognizing themselves and actively adapting to the teachers' profession,keeping learning timely and effectively,improving professional quality;the countermeasures to ease the serious job burnout of two-child female teachers in private middle schools,include optimizing the private school system,promoting the construction of teachers' team,improving the management of private schools,strengthening two-child teachers' professional self-confidence,and handling properly the relationships among all parties;The countermeasures to ease the emotional exhaustion of two-child middle school female teachers with 6-10 years'working life,include overcoming the period of job burnout by mental health intervention,handling the relationship between work and family correctly;The countermeasures to mitigate the serious depersonalizatin of two-child middle school female teachers with junior college education and below junior college education,include guiding low-educated teachers with two children to have positive attitude to teaching work,strengthening the construction of the low-educated teachers' team;The countermeasures,which can ease the emotional exhaustion and depersonalization of two-child middle school female teachers in late pregnancy,include strengthening the emotional management of women in late pregnancy,arranging for easy work or early maternity leave.
