It is a new developing research field in recent years at home about the teacher job-burnout, because it involves the development of individual , family and society, becomes the focus that people pay close attention to gradually, many researchers had launched extensive research and discussion to it, an they had obtained a large number of research results. However, no matter at home or abroad, the research is following two trends separated basically, namely theoretical research and experiment research are explored. Some researches are too strong in theory, but support of experiment research is insufficient; Some researches are too strong experiment, and the potential theoretical foundation is insufficient. This of the ancient bronze mirror, this research attempts proceed from the angle of combining with positive research in theoretical research, whether further investigate the job-burnout of the teacher , and that focus on following two respect reflect characteristic and value of this research in the settlement of problem. 1)These only staye on several limited influence factors that are established in advance on the study about the influence factor of the job-burnout in the past: Or only stay on this factor of the working characteristic , or only pay close attention to the environmental factor, or lay particular emphasis on the individual characteristic factor. These researches are lack in the comprehensive. This research collects various kinds of information about the influence factors of the teacher of middle school through the way of using open questionnaire , document to be consulted etc., work out the corresponding questionnaire, in order to come up to study this problem from various kinds of main objective factors synthetically. 2) Researches in the past concentrate on more relevant factors'intensity that directly affect job-burnout, but indirect influence is ignored, and it supposes to be to job-burnout parallel relation of function in relevant factor, have not considered other relations that may exist. Correspond with this, the statistical method used is mostly analysed by linear regression and factor analysis, and these statistical methods are unable to deal with the relation between a lot of variables at the same time .
