| Nowadays, more and more foreigners are learning Chinese culture and Chinese language all over the world due to the rap-id development of China’s economy. We can imagine a better future of teaching Chinese as a second language. It has become meaningful to find a way to help these learners love speaking Chinese. Learners of Chinese as a second language must learn pronunciation at first. So Chinese songs teaching can be seen as a good way to make the classes more lively and active. This paper aims at the application of Chinese songs teaching at a Thailand school.Take, Maesai Middle School, as an example, the students here all know something about Chinese because there are so many peopleof Chinese origin here. This requires that the teachers improve their teaching methods to better there classes.Based on reading of other scholar’s theories related to Chinese songs teaching model, the paper focuses on the theme and elaborates some new ideas about the function of Chinese songs teaching. Different methods are applied in this paper. After summing up the theories, the paper lists the disadvantage of this teaching model. The paper concludes that the findings of the paper will serve as a good approach in teaching Chinese as a second language to beginners in Thailand. |
