The Implementation Of "Team Teaching" And Its Influence On The Professional Development Of New Teachers

As the development and continuous improvement of teacher education, inductiontraining of new teachers is attracting more and more attention. The training of“Multi-tutorial System" on the new teachers ’ professional development is attractedmuch attention, too. However, the discussion on "Multi-tutorial System" is basicallyexperiential and fragmentary. Therefore, in-depth study of this issue is of greattheoretical and practical signiifcance.This study used narrative of research method (one of qualitative researchmethod), focuscd on "Multi-tutorial System" of development vein, the operationmechanism, the implementation status, and the effects of new teachers’ professionaldevelopment, intended to deep the awareness of “Multi-tutorial System”，raise it intoeffectiveness and diversity thinking, while providing reference on “Multi-tutorialSystem" for primary and secondary schools.Paper was made of introduction and body of the two main parts:In the introduction section is mainly concerned with research questions, researchmethods and signiifcance of description, definition and concept of "Multi-tutorialSystem" relating to the review of related literature.in the body part is divided into five chapters. First chapter based on literature oftheory analysis, combed the development context of "Multi-tutorial System”，anddetailed introduced the run mcchanism; second chapter introduced the theory based;third chapter described the status of implementation; fourth chapter in the part is thefocus of this study-Effect of "Multi-tutorial System" on the new teachers’professional development; last chapter for conclusions and thinking.
