With more and more attention paid to human development in this new century, we advocate to develop each individual's potential and coordinate the development of commonness and individuality in human society. In order to achieve this ambitious goal, much emphasis should be attached to the educational reform and development, especially to the education and development of young teenagers. Middle school students'tutorial system is just the right way, which is not only the requiring of the times to raise and manage students, but also an effective approach for teachers to guide their students in a comprehensive and specific manner.In our middle schools, the tutorial system is helpful for the better and in-depth implementation of quality education idea, the comprehensive implementation of talent's education policy, making up the deficiency of the traditional class management model,the improvement of teachers'comprehensive quality, and the students'the healthy growth. At present, some middle schools in our country have actively started to explore and implement the new education management mode, and achieved gratifying achievements, which deserves the reference of other middle schools. Meanwhile, people from all fields in our country are paying increasingly more attention to the education and a series of factors such as the consummate and wide use of the teaching means of multimedia has provided powerful support to the implementation of tutorial system in high schools.Based on the related materials and results and the research methods of literature reference, observation analysis and interview, this paper practically and realistically studies the tutorial system with the guide of Marxist dialectical development view. It summarizes the success factors of the implementation of tutorial system now and its problems from the levels of schools, teachers and students and analyzes its deep reasons. So according to these problems, this paper proposes a series of suggestions that schools should change ideas and establish and perfect every system; tutors should improve their own comprehensive quality and enhance the dominant consciousness; students should improve their self-awareness, and strengthen the subject consciousnesses, and so on.
