According to the asking of New Basic Education Curriculum Reform, all students should develop themselves comprehensively. With the People-oriented theory, we should respect students' individual differences, and try to fulfill their different development needs so that each student can be the larruping one. The tutorial system in middle schools or primary schools is an efficient form to fit students' individual differences and their different needs. Therefore it is very meaningful for us to establish the tutorial system and then enrich its theory and practice. This dissertation will describe and analyze the tutorial system with four chapters.The first chapter is the summarization, which talks about the research background and significance of this dissertation, and then based on the related literature, the narrated the research way and the whole structure. In this dissertation the writer defined the concept of tutorial system and the tutorial system for students' development, compared the system of teachers in charge of a class with the tutorial system and definitely showed that the latter is an efficient supplement of the former, not replace it.In chapter II the writer gave an example of carrying on the tutorial system in Nanxun, Huzhou City. First the writer introduced the trial about how to carry out the tutorial system in Nanxun, and then analyzed the five working systems and a set of administrating mechanism which are constituted under the local practice of the tutorial system. Finally the writer discused the four modes of the tutorial system emphatically: the tutorial system for the students who just live with their grandparents; the tutorial system for the students who have different performances in studying; the tutorial system for the students who have psychological flaws; the tutorial system for students' living.In chapter III the writer investigated and explores the existent problems and relevant countermeasures through the demonstration investigation, for example the qualification of being a tutor, the imbalance phenomenon while carrying out this system, the multiplicity of modes and the assessing system. The goal is to put forward corresponding improvement measures, enlarge the number of the tutors, pay attention to students' compressive development and inspire the tutors' working enthusiasm.In chapter IV the writer emphasized how to construct the new-style tutorial system for students' developing. Through research the writer drew a conclusion that this system must be established based on a new education theory and started with both schools and teachers. For schools they should help to build a falsework for students' developing, establish the theory basis, consummate the tutorial system and make up a one body and two wings mode. The body means the tutor and two wings mean the teacher in charge of a class and other teachers. For teachers they should try to be thoughtful practicers, reconstruct the meta-cognitive strategy for replying the tutorial system and make students grow well with four aspects which are ideology, studying, psychology and living.
