In order to adapt to the development of the new area and meet the requirements of the quality-oriented education, China sets off an unprecedented curriculum reform in fundamental education. This New Curriculum Reform pays particular attention to students’ individuality, starts to implement the selective curriculum structure and diversity elective system as well as the flexible credit management which aims at cultivate all the students to be unique individuals. However, due to the large population base of China, large-scale class system still the dominated teaching form and can not be canceled, the implementation of small-scale class teaching conditions is not fully meet. In a word, it is hard to provide a mature environment for promoting the implementation of basic education curriculum reform at present. Nowadays, engage in quality education on the basis of exam-oriented education, the author thinks that the implementation of Tutorial System(TS) will foster superior soil for the development of the New Curriculum Reform.The deficiency in education is not dream and longing but conditions and practices of the program.Since the end of last century, some of the schools in our country began to carry out the Tutorial System. Up to now, part of the schools have summed up some teaching experiences of TS and extended them to the primary and secondary schools in the region, which explores a new way for the development of high school education. Both theoretical value and practical significance are involved in the process of senior high school Tutorial System research.According to the previous teaching situation and under the guidance of the Dialectical Materialism and Historical Materialism methods, the author applies literature review method, observation method, theory-practice method, comparative method, etc. in this research. The author fully utilizes relevant books of library, China Hownet Academic Journals, electronic network resources and so on to implement this research, she also combines self experiences as an intern to attend the "Full Education Tutorial System Activity " in Bazhou Mongolian Senior High School(BZMSHS), which is a common school in Korla, Xinjiang. To analyze the functions of TS from the perspectives of three related parts(students, teachers and school), to focus on the generation of the TS in senior high school and to construct the realization path of Tutorial System so as to improve the effectiveness of the TS in senior high school. With the purpose of provide useful suggestions and advice to the education reform of China. The study also aims at transfer and offer some methods to those senior high schools who are flummoxed by the TS or interested in it but hasn’t practice personally.This thesis is composed of six parts.The first chapter mainly states the reasons of Tutorial System in senior high schools, carding the relevant researches abroad and at home, and sets forth the main content and the methodology of this paper. Chapter Two introduces the core concepts of this study firstly, and then analyzes the theoretical basis of the implementation of Tutorial System in senior high school from the following perspectives:philosophy, education, psychology and other multidisciplines, states the connotation, nature, value and other basic problems of the Tutorial System in senior high school at last. The third chapter states the service function, cultural function and radiation function of TS and indicates the dialectical attitude from the related body (teachers, students, schools and so on).Chapter Four. According to the literature review of the TS and combines with the author’s experience of attend the "Full Education Tutorial System Activity " in Bazhou Mongolian Senior High School during her internship as well as carries out some relevant activities of TS in other senior high schools, the author sums up the exploratory and implementation situation of TS in senior high school, which includes the following three points:the successful pilot, existing problems and causes. The fifth chapter mainly analyzes the supportive system of the Tutorial System from schools, including the fundamental concepts, organization system, and the evaluation system for teachers and students. The last chapter is attempts to construct a path to achieve the success of TS from many aspects that takes teachers and students’needs into consideration, such as" Whether they willing to do or not?";" Do you know what to do?";" Do you know how to do it?";" If you can achieve the goals?" and so on.There are two key innovations of this study. First of all, the author tries to analyze the rationalization of the Tutorial System from the Intersubjectivity Theory and Self-efficacy Theory. Secondly, this thesis states the service function, cultural function and radiation function based on the three related bodies:teachers, students and schools. and on this basis, indicating the dialectical attitude towards the functions of school Tutorial System.
