The scientific research is not only the basis of the modern graduate educationformation and development, the essential character and vitality of graduate education,but also the most important learning activity and required course for graduates. Andthe graduate training objectives must be achieved through scientific research.As an important form of the graduates to be involved in scientific research,participating in ad’visors research projects can directly provide practice platform andopportunities, has also become one of the most widespread way of cultivatinggraduates abroad. The foreign university tutors especially pay attention to letgraduates participate in their own research projects and directly cultivate them inscientific research practice. So, at present, what is the status of ’postgraduatesparticipating in tut’ors research projects in domestic universities? Upon review of therelevant literature, we ifnd that the scientific research activity is thought as the keyand core, a series of problems of which have gradually attracted wide attention andresearch in domestic researchers from indirect perspective. Among them, themicro-speciifc aspects lik’e the postgraduates research capabilities and ethics are thefavor of the researchers. While the direct studies, especially the studies in’postgraduates participatin’g in tutors research projects are even scarcer.Jn view of this, this study uses comprehensively both methods qualitative andquantitative research methods (data studies, questionnaire and interviewing) and takesthe research of postgraduates as a direct subject to survey its status, problems, causesand propose countermeasures based on the research.The text is composed of six chapters.Chapter Ⅰ is the citation, which is the opening of the thesis,it proposes theresearch background and significance of the study, the research ideas,thc researchmethods and the main thesis.Chapter Ⅱ is for theoretical research. Around the questions of postgraduat,esparticipati’ng in tutors research projects, reviewing and summarizing related researchresults, to lay the foundation for analysis. Chapter Ⅲ is about the research design article. This is an overview and analysisof the theoretical basis of this study, and introduces the implementation process of thequestionnaire and the interviewing.Chapter Ⅳ is about empirical analysis. According to the survey data,we conducta’n empirical analysis of the situation of postgraduates participating in tutors,researchprojects to identify the main problems.Chapter Ⅴ is about the reason analysis. Exploring the factors which influence theproblems of the postgraduates’ participating in tutors’ research projects.Chapter Ⅵ is the operation. Exploring the way to solve the problems. Based onthe research work done in the above chapters, the text puts forward to a number ofstrategies which deal with the main problems of postgraduates’ participating in tutors’research projects.
