Cultivation Of Teachers' Professional Accomplishment In Teachers Of Ideological And Political Education

Along with the new secondary school curriculum step by step, the learning styles ofstudents and the teachers’ educational philosophy, teaching methods and curriculum evaluationmethods have undergone profound changes. This series of changes lead in rising the teachers’professional accomplishment of the thought political lesson in the current middle school,at thesame time they also put forward higher requirements to the future teachers’ professionalaccomplishment of the high school ideological and political education (hereinafter referred to asthe ideological and political professionals). Therefore, the study of cultivation for the students’teacher occupation accomplishment of high ideological and political professional in thebackground of new curriculum reform, It is not only the objective needs to improve the qualityof teaching and personnel training, but also an urgent requirement to further promote effectiveimplementation of Ideological and political course reform in middle school.This article is divided into three parts, the main contents are as follows: The first partcomprehensively elaborates the teachers’ occupation accomplishment of middle school politicallesson under the background of new curriculum reform. The thirdpart summarizes the effective countermeasure of Ideological and political education normalstudents’ cultivation of occupation accomplishment.
