Vocational students occupation literacy training, not only related to the personal development of students, but also related to the long-term development of our school, so the ultimate goal of vocational education is to train vocational students into social needs for high quality personal development of workers. To achieve this objective, the Chinese vocational education plays an irreplaceable role, key role for "training" the sustainable development of the. However, in recent years, the secondary vocational school enrollment of students constantly, lead is generally low quality, lack of basic knowledge of the language, so that they lose interest in classroom learning. Therefore, this paper will be re thinking on the secondary vocational Chinese Education under the new environment, the study of secondary vocational Chinese education for vocational students occupation literacy training effect.The secondary vocational Chinese teaching should focus on the cultivation of Vocational Students’ occupation quality, enhance the ability of students in secondary vocational schools based on Chinese practice, perfect personality education. This paper first describes the location of the current Chinese language teaching in secondary vocational schools, affirmed the rationality of theory, but the secondary vocational Chinese teaching current situation is worrying, the proportion is too large, excessive emphasis on the teaching of reading, writing teaching quality is not high, the arbitrariness of the oral English teaching, reading, writing, oral training three separation, Chinese teaching method and a simple model of a single, evaluation mechanism. Language ability is not worth badly, occupation accomplishment is missing. Factors causing the secondary vocational Chinese teaching situation and students’ occupation quality low reason not only students’ individual factors, school education, and environmental factors. This paper finally puts forward the strategy of the reform of teaching mode in the language of the occupation accomplishment, namely the construction of occupation competency based teaching objectives, the design of the students as the main subject, the establishment of comprehensive occupation ability evaluation mechanism, the implementation of occupation competency based modular teaching, career information reading and occupation accomplishment, practical writing and oral communication and occupation accomplishment and the language comprehensive practical activities and occupation quality cultivation.
