Research purpose1000m run test is one of the important test projects in domestic physique monitoring at present. Based on physiological and biochemical indexes of college boy students when they have1000m run test and the relevance between the indexes and PWC170, this study tries to analyze the characteristics of energy metabolism of these boy students so that experimental basis can be offered to relevant departments when developing physique monitoring policy.Subjects and methodsThe subjects of the study are31boy students from Nanjing Normal University. The results of the1000m run test were recorded and BLA(blood lactic acid) was tested in the stationary state before running and immediately after running. The subjects wore storage heart rate belts which recorded the changes of heart rate during the1000m run. A week later, the same researchers still need to proceed to the next stage experiment, The subjects also joined in PWC170function experiment, and relevant data was recorded.By collecting the relative data discussed above, the distribution of the marks of1000m run test will be analyzed. The writer will also analyze the changes of blood lactic acid in the1000m run testees, based on which exercise intensity of1000m run will be infered. Besides, the writer will analyze dynamic changes of heart rate, distribution range of heart rate, heart rate reserve, the maximum heart rate, etc. After testing the PWC170value and describing the distribution (absolute value and relative value), the writer will finally compare the values of different groups of1000m run performance of PWC170.Research results1. There is a significant increase in all subjects’blood lactic acid in the1000m run, with an average of3.97±2.19mmol/L before exercising and12.92±4.24mmol/L after exercising.2. In the1000m run, all testees’heart rate increased gradually along with the movement began. It rose fastest from0to2minutes, with heart rate varying at90-160times/min. From2to3minutes, the speed of heart rate rising was retarded, with heart rate varying at160-180times/min.3minutes later, it reached its highest level, and maintained for a period of time until the movement ended. During the exercise, the subjects’average heart rate reached154beats/min, and most of the time, the distribution range of heart rate was at140beats/min or more.3. According to Kawonan’s calculation formula and target heart rate formula, the1000m running intensity was calculated76.21%and84.52%, but according to the actual test, combined with my experience and long-distance running enthusiasts and the subjects’ own feelings,"220minus age" is considered more reasonable in calculating exercise intensity.1000m run is of high-intensity for testees.4. The test results are effective for the test process of all subjects’PWC170values is consistent with the experimental standard.31subjects’ absolute mean value of PWC170is1193.94±152.05kg.m/min, and the average value of relative value is16.98±2.70kg.m/min.kg—slightly higher than males’average value of PWC170which is1060kg.m/min, but lower than players’average value of PWC170which is1520kg.m/min.5.The correlation between1000m run with PWC170value, changes of blood lactic acid, the movement of sports center between the rate is not obvious.6. In the1000m run, PWC170value of well group was superior to that of pass and fail groups, and there was significant difference between them.ConclusionsThe following conclusions can be drawn from the experiment:1. The subjects’ blood lactate in the1000m run was significantly increased, suggesting that the process of movement involved in glycolysis for energy systems in energy metabolism.2. With the start of the process of movement, the subjects’heart rate gradually increased in the1000m run, mostly at140beats/min or more, and at some time to reach the age predicted maximum heart rate.3. Calculated according to the formula,1000m run belongs to high-intensity exercise for the subjects in this study.4.1000m running performance and the motion correlation between other indexes were not obvious, but the1000m performance is better with higher values of PWC170.5. PWC170experimental results show that in the1000m run, PWC170value of well group was superior to that of pass and fail groups, suggesting1000m run projects associated with the presence of certain aerobic endurance. Because of the experimental conditions, the correlation between the two remains to be proved in further studies.
