An Experimental Study On The Influence Of PNF Fatigue Recovery After Aerobics

The study applies PNF to the recovery and relaxation activities after aerobics exercise fatigue,and explores a set of PNF stretching plan for fatigue recovery of aerobics.Using the method of literature,expert interview,teaching experiment,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,and using the indexes of physiological,biochemical,psychological and athletic ability,30 subjects were treated with three different recovery methods.The results show that:(1)the relative recovery rate of heart rate after 5 minutes after exercise was significantly different between the blank group,the control group and the experimental group after exercise(P < 0.05).There were significant differences between the experimental group and the blank group,the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.01).The control group had a significant difference compared with the blank group(P < 0.05).It is suggested that PNF is the easiest way to restore the heart rate of the subjects compared with the traditional compression method and the natural recovery method,although the traditional compression method can restore the heart rate as compared with the natural recovery method,but the effect is not so significant as PNF.12 minutes after exercise,the rate of heart rate recovery in the blank group,the control group and the experimental group had a very significant difference(P < 0.05).It indicated that the rate of heart rate recovery of the PNF stretching method was greater than the traditional compression method,and the traditional pressing method was more than the natural recovery method.(2)compared with the blank group,the control group and the blank group had significant difference(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the control group and the experimental group(P > 0.05)after the comparison between the control group and the blank group.It is shown that after 5 minutes of three relaxation methods,the relative recovery rate of blood lactic acid can be greatly improved by comparing the natural recovery method with the traditional PNF tension method and the traditional press method.However,there was no difference in the effect of PNF stretching and traditional pressing on the beginning of blood lactate recovery.(3)after 12 minutes after exercise and three different recovery methods after exercise,there were significant differences in the recovery rate between the experimental group and the blank group,the control group and the blank group(P<0.01),that is,the PNF stretching method and the traditional compression method were obviously superior to the natural recovery method in the recovery rate of blood lactic acid.The comparison between the control group and the experimental group had the same significant difference(P < 0.01),so the PNF stretching method could improve the recovery speed of the blood lactic acid after the traditional compression method was produced by the movement fatigue.(4)after aerobics,three methods of natural recovery,traditional pressing and PNF stretching were used immediately after the exercise.The subjective fatigue feeling of the three subjects showed that the experimental group was significantly different from the blank group(P < 0.01)after exercise(P < 0.01),and the use of Aerobics after fatigue was used.The PNF stretching method can eliminate the subjective fatigue of the subjects more quickly than the natural recovery method.There was a significant difference between the control group and the blank group(P <0.05).There was also significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.05).The traditional compression method is better than the natural recovery method for the relaxation and recovery of sports fatigue,while the relative recovery rate of PNF stretching method is faster than the traditional compression method.The subjects were most satisfied with the PNF stretching method in the three recovery methods,followed by the traditional pressing method.(5)the relative recovery rate between the control group and the blank group,the experimental group and the blank group had significant difference(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05),that is,the effect of the PNF extension method or the traditional press method was obviously better in the recovery of athletes' athletic ability.In the natural recovery method,but the difference between the two methods of PNF stretching and traditional pressing is not obvious.Conclusion: after the aerobics exercise fatigue recovery,the effect of PNF is better than the traditional pressing method,while the traditional pressing method is obviously better than the natural recovery method.
