Leading organizer is the detailed reflection of original concept in the cognition structure of scholars, which is the original concept indicated by proper language expression or certain media and related to learning content at present. It can be indicated before and after learning materials, it has guidance effect on learning of students. According to different dimensions, we can make classification for the leading organizer. Since Ausubel put forward the advance organizer theory in the1960s, it was concerned by more and more scholars in education circles, in addition, it was use to make study and analysis. With the social development, the demand for talent is increasing and reforming in teaching system accompanies with it, the concept of leading organizer is gradually getting improvement. In the practice exploration, there gradually forms one kind of new teaching strategy. This paper makes study on application of teaching strategy-leading organizer in biology teaching in middle school.Firstly, it refers to plenty of theories and literature related to leading organizer, analyzes the study background, study aim as well as study meaning and innovations in the introduction, and illustrates the study state of leading organizer and study method of this topic both in China and abroad.Secondly, it illustrates the teaching strategy of leading organizer, defines connotation of leading organizer, the external indication and internal structure of teaching model of leading organizer, analyzes the relations between teaching strategy of leading organizer and curriculum standard of2011version, as well as the advantages of using it to develop teaching activities, it also illustrates the relevant theory of leading organizer.Thirdly, it makes theoretical study on teaching strategy of leading organizer and puts forward the principles of designing leading organizer in biology teaching activity in middle school; it also designs the pattern and application link of leading organizer.Finally, it chooses two parallel classes in the Changzhou Tianjiabing Junior Middle School to carry out teaching test. In addition, it adopts the uniform biology term exam of middle school to carry out pre-test and post-test. It uses SPSS19.0for the test data, it gets the following:(1) the application of leading organizer in biology teaching for middle school students can accelerate the comprehension and application of students for biology knowledge.(2) This strategy has obvious effect on students with weak learning ability, next is students of middle level, but it has little effect on the excellent students. Teaching strategy application of leading organizer in biology teaching of middle school can increase teaching effect, especially helpful to the learning of students having difficulties and secondary students, so it can eliminate the stage differentiation of students learning in the practice of teaching and enhance their interest in it. The study conclusion of this topic enriches the theory of leading organizer and provides references for teaching practice of teachers in the frontline.
