| In recent years,the state has put forward the concept of "integration of sports and education",abandoning the previous "combination of sports and education",and has achieved ideological changes and progress.Elementary and middle schools are the main battlefields of "sports and education integration",and sports traditional sports schools have a special position and have a certain leading role in demonstrating.The volleyball traditional project school has cultivated countless sports talents for China,and has always attracted the attention and research of the sports world.The internal mechanisms of the traditional school play a fundamental role in its overall development,and all traditional school activities are operated and carried out in accordance with the mechanism.This study uses questionnaire survey method,expert interview method.Delphi method and other methods to investigate and research the traditional volleyball schools in Henan Province.On this basis,a total of 4 first-level indicators,8 secondlevel indicators,and 33 three-level indicators have been constructed.The index system for the development of traditional volleyball schools in Henan Province based on the level of indicators provides reference and guidance for the development of traditional schools.This study draws the following conclusions:1.In terms of reserve talents,the traditional volleyball schools in Henan Province lack a perfect reserve talent training and delivery mechanism;in terms of management,the traditional schools are not sufficiently supervised,and the reward and punishment mechanism for athletes and coaches is not perfect.2.In terms of teachers,the level of coaches in traditional volleyball schools in Henan Province is uneven and lacks targeted training;in terms of competition training,traditional schools have less participation in high-level competitions,and most traditional schools have insufficient funds.3.The index system for the development of traditional volleyball schools in Henan Province includes 4 firstlevel indicators,8 second-level indicators,and 33 third-level indicators.4.By calculating the weights of indicators at all levels,the competition mechanism and reserve talent mechanism are the major indicators of the first level,which shows that the traditional volleyball school in Henan Province should focus on the improvement of the competition mechanism and reserve talent mechanism in the development process.5.The managers of traditional volleyball schools in Henan Province can consider the main directions and strategies for improvement according to the weight coefficients of indicators at all levels,so as to solve many problems in competitions,reserve talents,teachers and management. |
