Teacher's teaching style is the embodiment of teacher's educational thought and the sign of teacher's professional development.If an excellent teacher wants to form his own unique teaching style,there must be a lot of practice and educational theory as the support,and dare to innovate,teachers can promote the professional development by a large number of teaching practices,at the same time,the teaching style of teachers also affects the learning quality of students,this need to carry on the essential research to the teaching style.At present,the teaching style of teachers in our country has become a new research field.For both the development of students and teachers themselves.Based on the previous research theories,and adopts the method of case study.Selecting Y teacher in S primary school that has its own unique teaching style and teaching performance outstanding as the research object,and understand her state of classroom teaching and stage from adapt teaching to the style of the growing experience of mature and stable stage,revealing the Y teachers' teaching style and skill and humor through interviews with Y teacher,classroom observations and classroom activity,etc.However,the teaching style formation of Y teacher formed a long time,and there are internal and external factors behind her mature and stable teaching style.External factors mainly include the nature of disciplines,the construction of school culture,and the influence of important people.These internal and external factors constantly urge the formation of her teaching style,thus forming the formation mechanism of her teaching style.Study found that the formation of teachers" teaching style needs to pursue teaching optimization by teaching practice constantly,highlight the teacher's personal characteristics.In the process of style formation,teacher must have the courage to innovation and practice of teaching concept,and constantly reflect on teaching in the education teaching work,set up scientific research consciousness and construct learning community;promote teacher professional development and formation of teaching style.The research on the teaching style of primary school Chinese teachers provides powerful conditions for the formation of personalized teaching style of primary school Chinese teachers,especially for the convenience and reference of novice teachers,and also for the formation and development of primary school students,learning habits and learning style.
