In the background of the concept of political, economic, cultural andtechnological changes continue to occur, a variety of enterprises, institutions andorganizations, in order to maintain their social position and competitive advantages,are constantly looking for new ways.Research Luthans et al found thatpsychological capital is an entity that has a variety of positive psychologicalresources, and has to develop and scalability.Psychological Capital will become thenew capital following the traditional financial, knowledge, human and social capital,one of the most competitive. In addition to psychological capital is reflected in theindividual level, but also the level of the community is reflected in the level of theteam. Team psychological capital can vesting ownership of individual psychologicaladjustment effectively adjust the way of thinking and values and beliefs of teammembers, so that the overall organizational values to be accepted by the teammembers to help organizations generate sustainable competitive advantage difficultto imitate.University research innovation team can have a positive and profound impacton the development of higher education in raising the level of disciplineconstruction, expansion of faculty, quality of personnel training and other aspects,so this was the birth of the team in the form of a widespread concern in society.Currently, there are three main technological innovation team research perspectives:one philosophical perspective to macro-rational as long; Second, the perspective ofeconomics, specializes in empirical analysis; Third, management science, withapplications running angles remarkable victory. Most of the literature, it is onlyfrom a macro point of view on the direction or science and technology policy,research and innovation teams rarely pay attention to micro-psychology. And thisarticle from the micro perspective of psychology, science and technology activitiesin the smallest unit of "technological innovation team" for the object, on therelationship between psychological capital and technological innovation teamconducted systematic research work performance, technology innovation team toexplore ways to develop psychological capital, and to improve science managementefficiency.Firstly, the innovation team psychological theory of capital and teamperformance are reviewed University of Science and Technology, also pointed outthe need to explore the capital from the psychological perspective of teamperformance, but also for psychological capital (including individual and team) andteam performance constitutes dimensions were defined, and based on this proposed technology roadmap and research hypothesis of this paper.
