At present, under the background of the policy which implement the integration of rural and urban education, the rural middle school are faced with lots of opportunities and challenges. The policy of the integration of rural and urban education provides the rural middle school with more funds and resources, so that the conditions of middle schools are highly improved. However, As the improvement of educational condition, the teaching quality of rural middle school has not significantly improved. And also, There is obvious gap between urban and rural middle school. This reflects that there are some problems of the management. On the basis of reference for a large number of relevant literature, Take one middle school for an example, this study investigate the school for the situation of teaching management. The way of study is investigation by questionnaire and interview and make data processing of the investigation result by using SPSS17.0statistical software. And then, I summarize the problems of teaching management of the school and put forward corresponding effective measures.This survey found that this middle school has these problems in teaching management, such as the teaching goal management is not formalized, the working plan do not consult most teachers, the gap of teacher resources with urban middle school is big and the evaluation standards and measures are rigid. This study put forward that This middle school should make adjustment and improvement of management from four aspects. They are carrying on the management by objectives to promote the school implementing the teaching goal, making teaching plan scientifically,establishing the cooperation mechanism with city junior high school and innovating the quality evaluation standard. Through the improvement of the teaching management system. The school can improve the teaching quality of school to narrow the gap between the urban junior middle school and rural middle school by consummating the teaching management system continually.
