Secondary vocational education plays an important role in our country’s medicaleducation, which is based on nine years of compulsory education to cultivate high-qualityworkers with professional knowledge, technical ability strong and knowledge skill formedical and health services. As secondary vocational education national macro managementis currently lack of effective control and guide mechanism, the number of recruit students isby provincial, municipal own regulation, leading to the development of secondary medicaleducation too fast, schools number is many but in small scale, managerial condition and fundsare not reach the requirements of national standard, it is difficult to ensure the quality ofteaching. Yunnan Province is located in the State frontier, education, economic backwardnessin the developed provinces and regions, the province’s existing12secondary VocationalMedical School, In the current conditions how to ensure the quality of teaching, we set aboutthe view of teaching quality management made an investigation of teaching qualitymanagement of12secondary Vocational Medical School in Yunnan Province. Thesignificance is to provide policy reference for the development of secondary VocationalMedical School in Yunnan Province, to put forward rational Suggestions and measures toimprove the Teaching quality management of secondary Vocational Medical School.This study is using the cluster sampling and occasional sampling run in the way ofquestionnaire survey. By the opportunity that the biennial inter-related disciplines of Yunnanprovince, during the summer of2009the school will about clinical inside and outside, women,children,basic care five disciplines and the school will about prevetion sports, politics,physiology,inter-disciplines of pathology and infectious diseases six disciplines were held intwo sites. We do questionnaire surveys in the school will, made the survey to all participants.After the meeting, Commissioned the school participants (teaching vice principal, dean, research group leader) back to the blank questionnaires for teachers who are not part of theparticipants and returning the survey. Questionnaires for the data processing software isSPSS13.0statistical software.Through the investigation and study, we found Teaching quality management ofsecondary Vocational Medical School exist such problems that lack of training space,laboratory facilities outdated, insufficient number of faculty and academic level is not high,the quality of teaching backward management, etc. To study and solve the thoughts andstrategy for the problems, we studied from these aspects: looking back our history educationquality management, reviewing the history of higher medical education at home and abroadand the teaching quality management means and experience, the modern advanced scientificmanagement idea, intended to identify Teaching quality management in secondaryVocational Medical School and can learn from the experience.
