Si chuan, a province which developed a long history ofthree “big balls”, has now fallen dramatically behind eastern provinces in the overalllevel of three “big balls” because the three “big balls” are generally weak all overchina. Out-dated management styles lead to the ineffectiveness of cultivation andregulation of the backup talents. Lack of market operation gave rise to the shortage ofsupport and resources. Influenced by all the negative factors, the development of thethree “big balls” are difficult. Therefore, it’s essential to find out the problems existedin the operation and management models of the three “big balls”, analyze thenegative factors and come up with effective suggestions for the reform of theoperation and management in order to promote the development of the three “bigballs” in Si chuan province.Various research methods are used in this paper, such as the method ofdocuments and materials, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, interviews, logicanalysis and other research methods. The development circumstances of three ballproject in Si chuan province are analyzed from the perspective of system andmanagement. The main purpose is to find out the main problems existing in theoperation and management mode of the big three balls in Sichuan province, topromote the rapid development of the big three ball in sichuan province, and tocontribute to the further development of China’s three big ball movement.The results reflect that the main problems are as follows:1. The out-dated management model leads to the difficult situation of the three bigballs in Sichuan province.2. The market size of the three big balls is relatively small and the structure isunreasonable.At the same time, the development is lagging behind.3. In Si chuan province the team construction of the three big balls is not reasonable,and the coach quality needs to be strengthened.In terms of the problems above, following suggestions are put forward to solve theproblems and promote the rapid development of the three big balls in sichuanprovince.1.Diversified management modes need to be set up in the three big balls.2.Improve the personnel training system of the three big balls in Sichuan province.3.Strengthen market cultivation and development of the three big balls in sichuanprovince.4.
