The PE teaching environment is an important factor in the PE teaching activity, is an important subject in the teaching theoretical research of modern PE too. But has been always ignored by people. At present, in the harmonious society that people first, the PE teaching environment is regarded as an important factor of PE teaching, it promoting student's physical and psychological development and improving teaching quality have important influence. PE teaching environment in colleges and universities of province Gansu has been always affected by numerous factors, the PE teaching environment is an important influence factor. This research probes into the PE teaching state of in colleges and universities of province Gansu in terms of sports teaching environment, can enable us to find the practical problem existing in PE teaching of in colleges and universities of province Gansu from another visual angle, look for out the disparity on PE teaching. Thus a policymaker improve and improve PE teaching quality, deepen reform in education and promote overall development of people offer basis that can draw lessons from PE teaching environment.The research object of this text is confirmed as 240 PE teacher and 360 students of 12 colleges and universities and colleges and universities of province Gansu; The research methods has been used①research of documents and materials;②research of visiting and talking;③Investigation on the spot ;④Investigation method of the network;⑤Investigation method of the questionnaire;⑥Statistic;⑦Logic analytic method. The following conclusion and the results is: 1.According to material environment of PE teaching:①investigate most colleges and universities of PE teaching environments and perimeters of teaching afforest environment bad , overall arrangement and general construction of gymnasiums and stadiums; Most PE teaching venue and place according to aesthetic angle, is it let people body and mind make joyful, pleasing feeling to lack.②The quantity of place of PE teaching can't meet the teaching demand, most teachers and students know the importance of the PE teaching place facility environment, but only half the teacher can design PE teaching according to place facilities, optimize the PE teaching environment.③The routine equipment of PE teaching is had except that the electricity teaching equipment can meet the teaching demand but seldom uses in approval degree of teachers and students, the books and reference materials of PE are relatively bad on quality and quantity. On the PE teaching apparatus equipment, the PE teaching apparatus can maintain the operation of PE teaching basically, but with expanding the enrollment of source of students of university, student's requisition for quantity of the apparatus and quality is shown especially day by day; Reflect in concrete teaching, some PE teaching apparatus is scarce, and the PE teaching apparatus is used short-lively, the renewal speed of the new or old apparatus is slow. 2.According to psychological environment of PE teaching:①Most of thought of PE teaching of the Gansu PE teacher of colleges and universities is more proper, grow with each passing hour too, can accord with the guidelines of modern PE teaching .②PE teaching at the goal, teacher and student have heavy difference, general to can reach goal , PE teaching teacher have, form the positive and upward psychological environment, and students can not generally reach the goal of PE teaching, have not formed the positive and upward psychological environment .③Teachers and students differ greatly to the attitude that the content of courses of PE , most teachers think the content of courses of PE relatively extensive in terms of teacher, but most students think it general in terms of student; In teaching activity abundant having heavy difference. Teacher in abundant with disparity strong generally, but most student it thinks to be and poor generally.④The interpersonal relationships in the PE teaching of colleges and universities of Gansu, according to interpersonal relationships between the teacher and teacher, good overall, can there is facilitation to the environmental development of psychology of PE teaching, but must pay close attention to PE teacher's fair and teaching competition question. And from the teacher-student relationship, if you want to make most teacher-student relationships develop towards the intimate relation, must strengthen the relation that students and PE teacher associate now in PE teaching; Through changing the PE teacher's idea, impel the teaching style of the PE teacher to transform into style of democracy; Promote teacher's expected value to students in terms of student. Continue keeping the PE teacher's fine quality, improve the teacher's professional ability progressively. And from the student -student relationship, the overall situation is better.⑤The PE teaching atmosphere state awaits strengthening and improving.⑥The investigation appraised in PE teaching, stand on the teacher's angle thinking well. But stand on students' angle, does not think well, this proves in the course of teaching, teachers and students have not reached unanimous goal, and the two have deviations.
