In nowadays School-based curriculum is not an unfamiliar word, but a relatively popularword. As well as the value of the school-based curriculum is huge. Student, teacher and theschool benefit in different degree and aspects. The countryside junior middle school educationplays an important role in the cultivation of rural teenagers and the improvement of theoverall national quality. It cannot ignore to the education of ethnic minority areas to make thecountry’s overall education level enhancement. Then minority areas rural education would bemuch more important, because only the weakest region education rose to fundamentallypromote the development of education of the whole country, namely we often say bucketprinciple.This research mainly adopts the method of questionnaire. And take the Qiqihar city inHeilongjiang province Mei rays dour district of the countryside junior middle school as theresearch object. To statistic and analyze the data, found the problem which exist in thedevelopment of school-based curriculum in ethnic minority areas the countryside juniormiddle school. Put forward some corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions, topromote the development of school-based curriculum in ethnic minority areas the countrysidejunior middle school in terms of contribution to their own meager strength.This research will be divided into four parts:The first part mainly introduces the background of this study, in the related researchdevelopment of school-based curriculum at home and abroad were reviewed on the basis of asystematic, based on the starting point of this study, the purpose and significance of this studyis put forward, and determine the course of this study on the research methods.The second part defines the study about the definition of school-based curriculumdevelopment, according to this study found laid the theoretical basis and theoretical basis ofthis study, to lay a solid foundation for this study.The third part is mainly according to the data reflected by the self-made questionnaire,find the main problems existing in the process of the school-based curriculum development,and analyzes its causes. According to the two big dimensions analysis of self-madequestionnaire, ethnic minority areas the main problems existing in the development ofschool-based curriculum in the countryside junior middle school is: first, the function of theeducation department is not perfect; Second, the principal function not fully reflects; Third,the overall quality of teachers lack of school-based curriculum development; Fourth, the lackof the participation of experts and scholars and guidance; Fifth, teachers’ curriculum resourcesdevelopment consciousness and skills; Sixth, the parents’ education level and the quality is nothigh.The fourth part sums up the main problems according to the result and using the relatedtheory of system analysis, put forward to promote the development of school-basedcurriculum in ethnic minority areas the countryside junior middle school of seven tips: first, tostrengthen the education functions of the department in charge of; Second, improve the principal curriculum leadership ability, strengthening the construction of campus culture;Third, promoting the comprehensive qualities of the school-based curriculum development;Fourth, to strengthen the curriculum experts and scholars participate in and guide; Fifth,cultivate teachers’ curriculum development consciousness and ability; Sixth, through variouschannels to enhance the quality of parents; Seventh, the establishment of school betweencooperation and resources sharing platform.
