In recent years, most senior high school students’ study task are so heavy thatthey almost have no time to do extracurricular study and activity under the collegeentrance examination system. As the quality education bring forth, it requiresextracurricular study and activity time increase greatly.In this paper, it comes to the conclusions that extracurricular study,extracurricular activity, extracurricular interpersonal relationship relate to aspects ofsenior high school students especially the ability to learn and the comprehensivequality. All of the conclusions are from survey and cases analysis. Then put forwardsome ideas and advices from these conclusions to build reasonable system forextracurricular education.The paper encompasses three parts:The first part, introduce background of topic selection and literature review.The second part, to clarify the definition and the connotation of theextracurricular study, extracurricular activity, extracurricular interpersonal, the abilityto learn and the comprehensive quality. There are also some cases which is to analyzeand reveal some potential relationship between two of them.The third part put forward specific and feasible advices.
