With the win support among the people people-centered philosophy of education,quality education and the curriculum reform of the basic education constantly, hearingimpaired students educational problems are more and more people pay attention toteachers in schools for the deaf, the requirements are also getting higher and higher,occupation pressure is more and more teachers in schools for the deaf. This study triesto analyze stress status of deaf teachers occupation Dalian City, the conversationmethod, investigation method, carries on the analysis to draw conclusions from threedimensions of teaching, management, interpersonal stress management: Dalian Citydeaf teachers occupation pressure, maximum pressure of teaching, interpersonalpressure minimum; qualification examination and professional evaluation, studentmanagement and parents get along with the greatest pressure; occupation pressureteachers age31-35teacher, class teacher, senior high school entrance examination classmaximum. And then put forward suggestions: schools in teaching, improve the teachersin schools for the deaf professional evaluation standard, carry out training, help teachersmake deaf education career development planning; in management, education andtraining projects, with deaf parents to create a more extensive study space for the deaf;in terms of interpersonal communication, and create a harmonious, democraticatmosphere in campus, construction of "School Family Education Alliance--". Teachersalso need to enhance self regulation, cultivating healthy mentality; reasonable plan theirdaily work; active leadership and colleagues communication.
