And then put forward suggestions: schools in teaching, improve the teachersin schools for the deaf professional evaluation standard, carry out training, help teachersmake deaf education career development planning; in management, education andtraining projects, with deaf parents to create a more extensive study space for the deaf;in terms of interpersonal communication, and create a harmonious, democraticatmosphere in campus, construction of "School Family Education Alliance--".
