The theory of inducing thinking and exploring came into being on the lure thinking to explore is just fine.The theory of inducing thinking and exploring is a education theory that based on traditional heuristic teaching.It learning and absorbing the advanced teaching thought and teaching theory at home and abroad.The theory has Chinese characteristics and accord with the education theory of China’s national conditions. It is based on students’ psychological activity and perceptual thinking. The students’ learning enthusiasm and interest aroused by the guidance of the teacher’s induction. The students completed learning through independent inquiry, to realize development in an all-around way.Geography is a discipline that both natural and social properties, which has lots of intersection with other subjects. Teachers inspire student induction if they can find induced point.It no doubt that students will be open mind, master the knowledge, and improve ability.The starting point and purpose of this article make the high school geography class into a classroom that teachers persuasive, inspire guide, moderate summary,and students interest, active thinking, actively explore effective.This paper is about the study on the model of high school geography class.It based on the combing the domestic and foreign research results.In this paper I used literature analysis, interview method, case analysis and comparative method.The theory of inducing thinking and exploring as the foundation,and combined with the case of high school geography.The article mainly divided into the five parts.part I:introduced the thesis research background, the domestic research status and research purpose and meaning, the present situation of the current thinking to explore the theory of inducing thinking and exploring.Part II:expoud the theory of inducing thinking and exploring briefly, and introduces basis, characteristics of the theory, explore the strategies of theory in the high school geography classroom implementation.Part III:through records and analysis the concrete teaching case,analyzed in detail how to use the theory of inducing thinking and exploring in the high school geography classroom.Part IV:through the comparison the theory of inducing thinking and exploring with the traditional teaching design, concluded that the advantages and disadvantages used in the high school geography classroom. Part Ⅴ: conclusionThe theory of inducing thinking and exploring has great importance to improve the efficiency of high school geography classroom, and improve students’ geographical literacy. Through the research conclusion is as follows: The theory of inducing thinking and exploring attaches great importance to teaching goal of cultivating moral character; Pay attention to students’ subject status; Emphasize the function of knowledge basic value, accord with the requirement of new curriculum standard and teaching reform trend. It has great help to arouse the students’ interest in learning geography.(2)It is concluded that difference with traditional teaching design based on the nature of the difference of geographical environment:section of the analysis of the teaching design, establishment situation, stimulate students interest, arouses the student through the perceptual materials of perceptual thinking, creating appropriate situation according to the course content, the minds of students into the classroom, as soon as possible into the study status and role; experience for the red line, the thought as the main, pay attention to students’ feeling and communication in class, multi-angle guide students thinking, gradually develop and cultivate the students’ geographical thinking.(3) Through the case analysis and comparison and application in teaching practice,in the high school geography classroom, The theory of inducing thinking and exploring obtained relatively good results.
