Habits are a way of life formed through long-term pratice and experience of a way of life,and the core of habits is men’s habits of thinking. Thingking habit is the inertia of the existing knowledge, and concepts condensed by various complicated factors, the thinking activity is a kind of method preferred by a person in daily life. It determinines the man’s thoughts and behaviors. Good habits of thinking will help the students to think about the problems from a right angle, and improve the students’ ability of exercise and knowledge acquisition, which is the premise and foundation of success. However good thinking habit formation is the result of the accumulation of time, not formed overnight, so in the school teaching, cultivating students’ good habits of thinking is a top priority.In biological teaching,students’ habits of thinking are cultivated through the compr ehensive analysis together with the students’ biology,general biology concept and princi ple.So the students can understand the biological dynamic process,and at the same tim e train the students’ process of thinking,and at last teach the students to learn how to thi nk;in order to cultivate students’ ability of meeting things from different levels andsame time train the students’ process of thinking,and at last teach the students to le arn how to think;in order to cultivate students’ ability of meeting things from different l evels and multi-dimensional analysis, and train students’ thinking of systematic,rigor,a nd creativity from the structure and function,partial and whole,and the unity of diversit y and unity of exercise the student’s image thinking and abstract logical thinking,diver gent thinking,creative thinking,systems thinking,analogical thinking,etc.In the study,th e author mainly explores the thinking education from the following aspects.First of all,I got a solid theoretical foundation by referring to a lot of documents a bout“thinking”, “thinking training”,and “habit formation”,and Sternberg’s thinking tea ching and Zhao Guoqing’s theory and method of knowledge visualization”and other re levant documents,as this study provides the practical strategies and methods.Secondly,I desighed two questionnaires:the questionnaire of high school students’ learning habits and the questionnaire of the influence of high school teaching.I further discussed how to cultivate the students’ thinking habit by combining high school studen ts’ study habits,the colledge students’ reflection of their high school learning and their h unger for ability.Finally,in order to stimulate students’ interest in thinking,promote students’ positive thinking,teach students the scientific thinking,Ifocus on class-room teaching,together with the theory Of thinking teaching,and the concept map,and mind map for practice of knowledge visualization as practical tools.I also use practice thinking factors in biological teaching materials,optimizing the teaching strategy,create a good situation of thinking.The focus of this study is ti use triarchic theory of thinking,knowledge visualization tool of thinking,based on that maerial can be found in high school teaching materials to train,and guide students to analyze problems systematically,and let the students solve the problem by themselves,which can help the students form a habit of thinking.The students will benefit a lot in the future study and work.
