The80’s middle-school female teacher has been an important force within themiddle-school education system. Enhancement of their professional and ethicalstandards plays a big role both in the sustainable development of middle-schooleducation and the healthy growth of the youth. Based on background of the seniormiddle-school of Yingde City, through ways of survey, analysis and comprehensivediscussion, this paper probes the current situation, problem and cause of80’smiddle-school female teacher ethics. From the point view of ideological and politicaleducation, exploring principle, content, and establishing methods of the80’smiddle-school female teacher ethics, the paper provides some solutions for it.The paper consists of the preface and three parts. The preface mainly introduces theobjective, significance, situation of relevant research, and the idea and methods of thispaper.Part-I summarizes and expounds the content the80’s middle-school female teacherethics, and discusses the importance of it.Part-II surveys the current situation of the80’s middle-school female teacher ethics,and analyzes its problems and cause of them. Based on questionnaire and analysis, thepaper indicates that the mainstream of80’s middle-school female teacher is fine,meanwhile there are unsatisfactory areas. Generally, the mainstream of80’smiddle-school female teacher abide by the law, have the characteristic of self-respectand self-discipline, good at learning and well adapted to new things, love teaching anddedicate themselves to education, and dare to challenge and innovate. Theunsatisfactory areas are that they are strongly self-centralized, slightly indifferent ofsocial responsibility, lack of ideals and beliefs, utilitarianism career motivation,deficient in humane, troubled by trust crisis, commonly metal fatigue, short ofteaching methods, confused by multiple roles, and low demand of careerdevelopment. Later, follows the reasons analyzing from view of society, culture,school and individual. Part-III expounds the principle, content and establishing methods of80’smiddle-school female teacher ethics, and provides solutions for the unsatisfactoryareas. Insisting in the principle of people-oriented, teacher-initiated, administratingwith care, guiding with motivation, and based on patriotism, dedication, responsibility,ethics, healthy psychology, and progress, the paper suggests the following eight pointsto improve the80’s middle-school female teacher ethics: constructing socialenvironment of respecting teacher and valuing education, optimizing resources ofschool, emphasizing teacher ethics education and training, setting up reasonableadministration system and discipline, strengthening humane care and psychologicalcounseling, exploring the advantage of female teacher, creating a harmonious andhappy family environment, and enhancing capability of self-study and practice.
