A Study On The Cultivation Of Practical Ability Of Management College Students

Students in higher education is the basic mode of cultivating high-quality talents, in recent years, China’s higher education reform gradually by the management system reform to reform the direction of subject structure adjustment, higher education is not only to impart knowledge to students, but more important is to cultivate students practical ability. This paper is based on the premise of the current international economic situation in the background of rapid development, the urgent need for the development of students’ practical ability. In Chinese universities, management of professional occupies an important position, training high quality management talents for national. However, the management of undergraduate education has long been focused on theory and practice of light, this phenomenon has seriously restricted the development of comprehensive quality of college students majoring in management. The existence of this phenomenon based on the detailed analysis, research on the cultivation and management of College Students’ practical ability in this paper.The first part of this thesis, first of all, through the Angle of psychology, philosophy, pedagogy research practice ability to carry on the definition, to illustrate the importance of college students’ practice ability. In the second part through to set up the present situation, the management major in colleges and universities teaching plan and curriculum situation to illustrate problems existing in the management class students’ practice ability in our country, and adopts the method of questionnaire investigation and study, through the analysis of the data further specific management class the existing disadvantages of college students’ practice ability. The third part, through case analysis of Tsinghua university, Shandong university and the university of Qingdao three universities practice ability to explore, through concrete practical case of colleges and universities to explore practical ability training mode. The fourth part, aiming at the problems in front to research on how to improve the management countermeasures and Suggestions of college students’ practice ability. Through establishing practice consciousness, enhancing university-enterprise cooperation, establish practical examination evaluation system to strengthen management class students’ practice ability.
