Research On Practical Teaching Of Mechanical Specialty In Jiangxi A College-Take A Technical College In Jiangxi As An Example

With the continuous development of China’s higher occupation education,improve the quality of teaching has attracted more and more attention from all sides of the society,and the fundamental occupation education is the practice of teaching activities,the important position of teaching practice in the occupation education is obviously improved,the practice teaching is a basic premise to ensure the quality of higher vocational education.At present,there are still many problems in the practice teaching of Higher Vocational Colleges in our country,and they can not adapt to the development of vocational education.Therefore,it is an inevitable requirement and trend for the development of vocational education to reform and improve the practical teaching of Vocational education.With the gradual recovery of large industries in China,the demand for mechanical talents is also on the rise.Modern society puts forward higher requirements for mechanical talents’ practical operation skills and technical application ability,and Higher Vocational Mechanical Specialty Practical Teaching must keep pace with the times so as to train students’ modern vocational accomplishment and ability.Based on the research results of the domestic occupation colleges practice teaching system theory based retrieval and access,combing systematically the research achievements in this field,the Jiangxi trade and Industry Technical College as a case study,the school of mechanical engineering in recent years in the practice teaching system in practice teaching objectives,teaching content adjustment optimization and Practice of the reform of teaching methods,practice teaching conditions,strengthen the practice of teaching management reform of construction were analyzed,affirmed the achievements of reform: preliminary launched the "integration" of the theory and practice of teaching,promote teachers’ ability to improve the practice of scientific research,school enterprise cooperation and win-win situation with remarkable results,initially opened,enhanced the practical ability of students,increase the employment rate,improved the quality of teaching,all kinds of remarkable achievements,at the same time.The survey interview and questionnaire analysis the problems in practical teaching reform,practice teaching ability such as teachers are still weak and needs further cooperation,professional practice teaching reform should be further deepened,and the analysis of its cause,and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: continue to improve the basic construction of teaching hardware facilities,strengthen the construction of software,especially to further intensified the construction of training base,strengthen the teaching staff construction,deepening the integration of curriculum teaching reform and construction of open experiment center,into modern educational means,perfect combination mechanism,in order to practice teaching reform of higher vocational colleges to provide some reference.
