Education should be geared to the whole students and make students get all-round development. The training target of physics education in middle school is to improve physical science literacy of all students and enable every student to develop in physics teaching. In the junior middle school physics teaching at present, there are a certain number of students with learning difficulties, the problem that how to transform the underachievers effectively is the problem that the junior middle school physics teachers desire to solve.This paper uses the method of combining theory with practice, the literature research, questionnaire survey and case practice to discuss the problems of "physics students with learning difficulties". First of all, based on the definition of "learning difficulties" at home and abroad, the meaning of "physics learning difficulties " is stated in this paper. Secondly, taking the author’s middle school students as the research object, we have carried on the questionnaire survey and systematic analysis of the causes of students’physics learning difficulty. Third, considering the physics learning difficulty causes, we put forward the countermeasures into junior high school physics teaching. These measures include strengthening the guidance for the physics students with learning difficulties, enhancing the quality of teachers, updating education ideas; optimizing the teaching methods, paying attention to effective classroom teaching. These strategies are implemented in the classroom to prevent and reduce the learning difficulties. Finally, through the case study, the strategies are shown to be effective in some way in changing physics students with learning difficulties.Preliminary study shows that teachers can make the students change through various efforts by using the education and teaching strategies. It is hoped that this research can be a useful reference for physics teaching.
