For a long time, animation training has been followed to the culture of the traditional training mode. In the process of making animation, teachers only pay attention to let students to master and use the animation technology, but they neglect to cultivate their creativity, but students’ability of mastering complex animation technology is weak, it leads to the some animations with poor quality and their low efficiency of making animation. So we must focus on the cultivation of students’ creativity as the core when we train students to make animation, let them to master the necessary animation technology. This article aims to study students’creativity through the animation practice. It also promotes this creativity training which emphasizes the main animation technology to master the necessarv training mode proposed training practices used in the implementation of programs and policies to more teachers which engaged in animation training.Starting from the creative connotation and characteristic, the author analyzes and presents the theoretical basis of creativity which could be cultivated. He also propose the culture dimensions and metrics. By demonstrating the determination of the meaning of creativity and creativity training. The author stresses the importance of the various factors that affect the creativity of students in the process of creativity, he also suggest the main methods that we can regard experimental research as a research so as to carry out the practice of research.By studying the theory, the author found that you should first analysis the factors which influence of animation creativity development in the process of making animation to expand the research, and then develop a strategy on the basis of these factors, at last we can consider the research on the cultivation of students’creative practice according to these strategies. The research and development of practical scheme is the core content of the study, and also is a major content of practice in the experimental study behind.Finally, the authors use the experimental methods to argue the development of strategies and programs. According to research and comparison which practiced by the experimental group and the reference group, we summed up the effectiveness of practical strategies and programs. Through experiments, we demonstrate that these policies and programs can improve the level of student animation technology applications, as well as the quality of student-produced animation, and promote the development of the level of students’ creativity.What’s more, it also has a very positive effect in the animation production process.
