Determining the corrected targeted teaching goal that adapt to teachers and students offerspositive guidance to chinese teaching. According to <the compulsory education Chinesecurriculum standard (2011)>, the junior middle school Chinese teaching target can be dividedinto general objective, stage, unit and the target of classroom teaching, and they and"three-dimensional" goal of knowledge and ability, process and method, emotional attitude andvalues, mutual connection and communion.Teaching goal design will often appear when a lot of practical problems, such as the designin the process of teachers will lay particular stress on knowledge while neglecting the ability ofstudents. Modern education difference between the traditional education of knowledge andability training is one of the features of dual attention, not attend; Design target of the voidcontent, not to play a guiding role in teaching. A vague no content of the teaching goal is notonly conducive to teaching smoothly, in the process of the teacher in class also can because thereis no guidance and lack of problem oriented and breakthrough point; Some teachers of"three-dimensional" goal understanding is not deep and proper teaching effect. Teachers"three-dimensional" target deep understanding and skillfully use to make the class presents avivid, lively and harmonious state of life.To solve these problems, in the design of teaching goal, first of all, to change the teachers’attitude towards the target design and improve the ability of target. Teachers to design theteaching goal in teaching design important position, in the teaching practice constantly enrichand perfect the teaching target, to adjust teaching mentality, avoid job burnout; Second, theteaching goal design should follow the rules of junior middle school students physical andmental development. Students are not mature, is the development of people, is the subjectivity ofthe people, is a creative person. Is the junior middle school students of adolescent growth stage,therefore teaching should follow the rules of students’ physical and mental development; Third,the target should be highlighted in the students’ initiative study and practice the students afterclass to knowledge through a process of consolidation, digestion, use, only cultivate students’autonomous learning ability and the ability to apply knowledge in practice, to make studentsmaster knowledge truly; Fourth, the teacher wants to further understand the relationship between"3d" in the teaching goal. Any isolated elements and activities cannot replace the whole natureand movement law, so for "three dimensional goal", any single element cannot meet therequirements of the teaching goal design, the unified combination to conform to the rules oflearning a language.
