Research On The Construction Of Ideological And Political Education Workers' Ability In Colleges And Universities

"Ability panic", which is a kind of inner pressure produced due to inadequate ability of the person himself, has gradually become a significant reality in contemporary society, it comes from a sense of crisis, dot dark thoughts and inadequate ability, etc. Inadequate ability may not result in "Ability panic", and "Ability panic also may not head from inadequate ability". Inadequate ability and "ability panic" is universal phenomenon, involving a wide range of industries and fields, such as governance capacity constructing, economic development and education, etc. In this paper, we find that ideological and political educators in universities are also faced with ability inadequate and "ability panic". As a whole, the team of ideological and political educators in universities is qualified at political literacy, professional dedication and teaching morality; but still there is some problem, a significant gap exists between the realistic requirement and the ability and capacity of ideological and political educators in universities. The ideological and political educators’"Ability panic" in universities, which is derived from inadequate ability, is a major problem of the construction of ability of the ideological and political educators in universities.The ideological and political educators in universities are short of such abilities: outdated ideas can’t advance with the times; the foundation of theory is not solid, the quality of ideological and political is low; the ability of self-knowledge is low and the ability of self-control is inadequate, etc. The main causes of this situation include:the ideological and political educators in universities themselves are lack of these abilities, the new changes of educative object, which aroused educators’short of abilities, etc.Through the analysis of the above, this article structures the counter-measures of the construction of ability of the ideological and political educators in universities, which include ideological and political educators themselves, universities, and our society. This article is not only beneficial for making up the short of theory study, but also good for learning about the ideological and political educators and finding the existing problems, on this basis, we can find some counter-measures, which can promote the development of the work of education of ideological and political in universities, and even explore a new perspective to study the great revival of the "Chinese Dream".
