As the contents of the information technology courses compulsory modules, file management is playing an irreplaceable foundation and supporting role on students learning information technology course. In order to make the file management teaching get rid of the teaching thought of simple operation and skills training, and to play the role of developing students’ management thinking and knowledge construction, the paper is mainly to sort out the curriculum thought of file management of primary and secondary information technology courses compulsory modules, and at last build a thought tree of file management course, which is suitable for junior high school students.The main work of this paper includes the following three aspects:1. On the basis of literature review, this paper summarized the historical background and current situation of mature discipline and information technology courses thought. It focused on the concept and sources of curriculum, the method of combing technical thought, the relationship between technical thought and curriculum thought, and at last determined the way of building the thought tree of file management courses in junior high school. That is using text analysis to sort out the curriculum thought of file management of primary and secondary information technology courses compulsory modules, and to get the thought tree of file management. On the basis of the tree of technical thought, considering characteristics of students and meaning an features of file management, the article designed the tree of curriculum thought of file management by cutting and transforming the tree of technical thought and eventually getting a final conclusion by questionnaire.2. By the sort of technical thought in file management portion of information technology curricula for primary and secondary school, we built a tree of technical thought of file management and finally verifying the reasonableness of the tree by expert advice. The sort of technical thought tree started from text analysis. We selected information technology textbooks which were published by People’s Education Publishing House and analyzed their catalog by text analysis. Based on previous studies, we completed the construction of technical thought three of file management. In order to ensure that the technical thought tree we built was scientific and rational and to lay a solid foundation for the construction of tree of curriculum thought, the article used the way of expert advice. We prepared a questionnaire of expert in light of the branches of technical thought tree and sought further advice on tree-level and details to ensure that the technical thought tree was scientific and reasonable.3. The article used literature analysis method to summarize and research the content and features of file management and junior high school students’ cognitive developmental characteristics. On this basis, we got a thought tree of file management course for junior high school by means of cutting and transforming the technical thought tree that has been created. At last, to verify the rationality of the thought tree of file management course, we have made some questionnaires for students and teachers. After analyzing the survey data, we found that the course thought tree we have built was rational.
